Prep(Half extension): 2 bases, backspot, front spot if needed. (Usually front spots are needed more for one legged stunts.)
Bases: Once the flyer is in their hands, they go al the way to a full then immediately come down to chest level, controlled.
Flyer: Rides all the way to the top, must be stiff, and once she is steady in the bases hands, hit's a High "V", or whatever the coach decides.

Full extension: 2 bases, backspot, front spot if needed.
Bases: Drives the stunt straight to the top. Be sure to keep backs straight.
Flyer: Does the same thing she would as a half extension.
